We initially wanted to go with an oak floor, but since it was out of stock and we were on a tight renovations schedule, we had to select a different product. To be honest, I wasn't sure I'd like the intensity of the grain on this ash floor. But once installed in our living room, the floor looks beautiful and rich. I also want to say thanks to Liliya Ianovskaia for sending us floor samples and helping us choose our floor. Thanks!

We put down this floor a year ago in the basement of our rural home. I was worried that temperature and humidity changes will ruin the floor...but it looks and feels great! My 2 kids love it, too, always walking barefoot :)

4 years and counting! Our quarter cut oak floor still looks fantastic! I gave 3 stars for maintenance because this floor needs special cleaners. At first, we used Pledge and it made the floor greasy and all the footprints showed...yuck! We contacted the manufacturer and were told to use specialized hardwood floor cleaners, and were mailed a bottle Coswick cleaner, which fixed the problem.

We bought this floor for our new house in 2006. We were initially considering going for laminate, but now we are really happy that we paid a little extra and have a floor that looks great even 6 years after installation.

Great floor, the whole family loves it.

We had this flooring installed in our condo about 2 years ago, and I couldn\'t be happier. We were flooded by upstairs neighbors, and although there was initial water damage, as the floor dried, it flattened out and recovered amazingly well. I thought for sure we\'d have to refinish, but all we had to do and let it dry!
