Brushed Chestnut oak flooring is finished by innovative Silk Oil technology. The protective finish consists of 4 coats of deep penetrating oil. Oiled flooring feels warm and smooth under your feet, it does not show dents and scratches as much as other finishes do. Brushed and oiled flooring is very easy to maintain.

We had this flooring installed in our condo about 2 years ago, and I couldn\'t be happier. We were flooded by upstairs neighbors, and although there was initial water damage, as the floor dried, it flattened out and recovered amazingly well. I thought for sure we\'d have to refinish, but all we had to do and let it dry!
