As the largest and most dynamic of all wandering seabirds, Albatross has captured the imagination of the people and cultures for many centuries. In mythology, Albatross feathers came to signify unity, prosperity, peace and goodwill. By naming the new color after this noble bird, Coswick designers sought to pay tribute to its beauty and extraordinary qualities.
Color Albatross is a gentle, off-white hue that softens, without obstructing, authentic oak wood texture. Albatross flooring goes well with well-lit, bright rooms, and high-tech interiors. It fits perfectly with long pile rugs, and can also be using for creating contrasting elements in flooring.
Albatross engineered oak flooring comes prefinished with matte lacquer CosNanoTech+ finish. CosNanoTech+ matte provides all the protection of traditional CosNanoTech+ finish while preserving the matte sheen that makes floors very forgiving by concealing footprints, dust, as well as other signs of wear. CosNanoTech+ matte floors have a 25-year finish warranty. Albatross flooring is available as 3-layer single strip CosLoc 5G flooring.

We saw images of this floor on houzz.com when we were looking for a light wood floor for our condo. We requested free samples of oak albatross and 2 other light floors, got it in the mail the same week. We decided to go with oak albatross because its light and has a MATTE sheen, so it doesn't show footprints and dust. I would recommend this floor.
