Silk Oil finish

Silk UV-Oil finish consists of 3 coats of deep penetrating oil applied to the wood. Unlike urethane finish, oil finish does not seal wood grains. Oil penetrates the wood and crystallizes in its fibers. As a result, oiled finished floors have beautiful open grains that highlight deep natural texture of the wood. Oiled finished flooring feels warm and silky smooth under your feet. Walking barefoot on oiled floors feels incredible! The absolute advantage of having oiled flooring is simplicity of their maintenance and repair. Vacuum and wet mopping is all that required for regular maintenance.
